Can you manufacture per customers' drawings or designs?
Yes, all OEM or ODM orders are welcome! We have a seasoned team with deep design, manufacturing, and sourcing experience. If you provide us with the specific requirements or clear photos, we can create CAD drafts and make samples for your confirmation before bulk production.

Can I get a sample order?
Absolutely! Most of our samples are free and our customers only need to pay for the shipping!

What's the minimum quantity for each order?
The MOQ is 10 - 20 pcs depending on the products. If you choose OEM/ODM, the MOQ is 300 pcs.

What's the packaging?
We usually use the OPP bag, bubble bag, and paper box to pack securely and safely, we can also do what the customer requires.

What's your payment method?
We accept T/T and PayPal.

What are your shipping terms?
Generally, we do Ex Works and ship with DHL, FedEx, and UPS using the customer's account. You will receive the goods 3 - 5 days after payment.

How do you guarantee the quality?
We have our own inspection team. If the defective rate is above 2%, we will take the responsibility for any quality issues we caused.

How are your after-sales services?

1. You are entitled to return products for repair within one week of the delivery date if it's a quality issue.
2. If it's our fault, we will provide free replacement cargo service.
3. If it's due to uncontrollable factors, we only charge you the repair cost.
4. If you've sold the products, and issues due to the passage of time or wearing caused by abrasion, etc., we will charge you a part of the repair cost.

How long will the color of electroplating last?
Water plated generally lasts for 6 months, and vacuum plated lasts typically 1 to 2 years, depending on the customer's wearing condition.
