Tuttitutti is the newest limited edition statement from Cartier Libre, which releases occasional, creative collections that are free to express a radical style and spirit. Questioning norms in form and design, the series began with surprising reinterpretations of storied watches like the Crash and Baignoire and has lately been re-exploring jewellery. The Tressage and Polymorph pieces, with their groundbreaking goldwork and ability to transform, showcase fresh perspectives on lines, contrasts and mobility.

Amplifying the creative process further, Tuttitutti rings, necklaces, bracelets and watches are astonishingly light, with a playful tension that is ignited by surprising clashes of materials. A flamboyant shower of gold beads tipped by diamonds, for instance, invades the conventional rigid architecture of the Hiatus bracelet.

Chrysoprase and emeralds, meanwhile, form a lush green wave on one of the geometric Hiatus rings and decorate the Hiatus necklace encrusted with more than 34 carats of brilliant-cut diamonds.

Onyx and diamonds are complemented by the turquoise-green allure of chrysoprase for the spikes of the Blossom ring, which shift and sparkle with movement of the hand. This chromatic combination is treasured by Cartier – black, green and white have appeared together since the beginning of the 20th century.

A melon-cut chrysoprase or amethyst crowns the voluptuous Fruity Juicy ring in a striking motif of transparent ribbed grooves – the motif is also mounted on a sautoir with a twisted sliding chain and a torque bracelet with a grooved bezel of alternating diamonds and onyx.
