Both Best Buy and Amazon have discounts on cameras, doorbells and other home security setups for as much as 50% off.

Ready or not, the holiday season is nearly upon us, which often means travel and social invites. And right now top smart home brand Ring is offering up to 50% off doorbells, cameras and other home security setups at Amazon.

While not every Ring item is discounted, there are several dramatic price dips available. In addition, many of the lower prices featured on Amazon are being matched at Best Buy. We've made note of those below.

Right now you can get the newest model of the Ring indoor camera for just $30 at Amazon, which is half-off the regular price of $60. You'll find it available in multiple colors, including blush pink. If you want to stick to black or white, you'll find the same camera on sale for the same price at Best Buy.

The 2024 release of the Ring doorbell has a list price of $100 but you can grab it on Amazon for $60, a 40% discount. Best Buy is price matching this deal as well. The Ring Doorbell Plus is down to $100 on Amazon from the list price of $150. You'll find the same $50 discount over at Best Buy.

If you're hoping to set up your own home security system, Amazon is featuring 40% off the Ring 8-piece home security alarm kit, dropping the price to $150 -- a $100 discount. This set includes includes a base station, keypad, four contact sensors, one motion detector and one range extender. Right now, this offer seems to be an Amazon exclusive.
